Tim got my folks and me into investment products, and we felt comfortable w the service at first. Once I retired and chose not to move my IRA to Tim, he has chosen to stop servicing both my accounts and my folks. We are now having to find someone to transfer these products to. Luckily we’ve found a very capable advisor. Proceed with caution.
