Called McConnell on a Wednesday he came out after a couple hours assessed the situation, needed a new furnace. I already had a Bryant that was 34 years old could no longer keep it running. Called me on Thursday said he could do it on Friday because a lady in Rock Island said she would move her appointment from Friday to the following Monday I would like to give her a big shout-out and we are so appreciative of your thoughtful generosity to move your appointment, came Friday at the time he said he would took 6 hours to put the furnace in with the assistance of two other techs. Russ designed a whole house HVAC system for me. He and his staff had to installing my existing home, no easy task to retrofit instead of a new home build. So pleased with results. All staff so helpful, kind, answered all my questions. Highly recommend this business.

McConnell Heating and Cooling from Woodhull, IL was the best Service we have received in along time. Brandon was our Serviceman he was prompt, polite and explained the issues with our Central Air Unit and had us up and running in no time. I randomly found them on the internet searching for repair services in our area. We will definitely refer them to others. Great reliable and friendly service!
