Locke's Roofing & Siding has been wonderful! I have not had any issues with them answering the phone or returning my calls (unlike some of the other companies I have reached out to). They have been great with communication and explanation of everything throughout the whole process even helping me with our insurance. Not once did they pressure me or make me feel as if they were trying take advantage of me (unlike another company we were speaking with). The whole process with Locke's from beginning to end has been great, the crew was quick & efficient the owner was always available for me to talk to if I had any questions or concerns! Communication was great, the crew got our whole roof done in a day and a half. Installed new flashing around the chimney that looked a million times better than before. They did an excellent job of cleaning up during and after the whole project. Very happy customer!
