The men that came to install the doors were upset ( rather rude) because there wasr things in the garage for a sale. I called the office and asked them if they could come back later due to no one telling me the garage needed to be cleared. I am a single older woman who had no idea. When I explained that to the woman in whom I was transferred to on the phone I was told they could not come back to my house or I would have to pay another service fee. I am just appalled at the customer service and the way I was treated. No one from the business told me how I needed to have my garage. I was told that common sense I should have known..basically degrading me and saying I was stupid. I never in my life have been treated as poorly as I have from this business. Not to mention how long I waited to get the door installed.I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!
