My wife and I are in our 70's. This company is, by far, the BEST home repair company my wife or I have ever dealt with anywhere. Recently they installed a new front porch and rear stairway on our house at 105 North Prospect in Galena. The team at Galena Repair and Maintenance has been so wonderful to work with. They are responsive, detail oriented, and willing to answer any questions or concerns I have. I appreciate Patti's organized and friendly approach to the business side and Dan and Stephen gave both my husband and I a detailed explanation of the concerns they saw, they explained their plan for fixing the concerns (in stages), and then answering my follow-up questions. Additionally, this is a female owned business.
