She is so through and has the eye for making sure everything is done above and beyond my expectations each time. By far the best cleaning service around here!
A/C was down, was able to schedule a technician for the next morning. Replaced a capacitor for the unit, cleaned it up, and got it situated in under an hour. Would call them again.
I used the Studio One Green Spa and Salon for my wedding party hair and the team did a fantastic job! Maggie was amazing and I absolutely loved how my hair turned out, it was exactly what I wanted! The team was able to do wedding hair for 15 people in my bridal party and did a great job with all of them, and kept everything on schedule! I would highly recommend the Studio One team for your wedding hair!
We were unable to book a massage session in time for our trip up to Galena and did not know about Healing Touch, Gerald was a recommendation from my father. He offered an amazing and relaxing experience for my fiancé and I. He was very knowledgeable and kind while also offering a very relaxing and friendly environment. I had cut and color at A Cut Above 2 in Galena,today. Lindsay listened to my babbling about my unruly mess and tamed the beast! She has the skill set of a truly fine hair artist. The salon is clean and modern,but chill. Thankyou Lindsay and A Cut Above 2. What a great cut and wonderful salon experience!

I have visited many spas around the world this facility had great services and the drive up to galena is so pretty but when I book a “spa” I’m expected maybe a sauna, a steam room , a pool, maybe even some strong relaxing oils throughout the facility . upon arriving there was only a small jacuzzi as an amenity; would recommend and would totally come back my masseuse listened immensely to my direction and nailed every request I had!
ONLY reason I didn’t give a 5 star is for the lack of other free amenities includes w service?
It’s a small shop,many locals and tourists, it’s like Mayberry RFD, a social occasion.shoot the breeze,opinions differ but no politics, good haircut, royal treatment, goes to those difficult spots

The workers installed a new water softener system and ensured that care was taken to avoid any residual messes left by the old softener. Very skilled, kind and considerate professionals. I have zero concerns about the quality of their work.
My husband and I booked the candle making workshop on a Saturday afternoon around 11. It was absolutely fantastic! The owner, Bri, was so incredibly friendly and helpful. We really appreciated that she thoroughly explained the process, but made it relaxing and let us work at our own pace! When you are making your candles you can choose from a variety of scents. You are then instructed to make 3 different scent options. Your nose will tell you which one you like best! She was then so helpful to get the wax melted for us and we poured our own candles. It takes about an hour for them to set once poured. However, Bri, was more than ok with us continuing to walk around Main st while the candles set. One tip we thought was awesome was, she held onto our "scent recipes" and once our creations burn out we can always reach back out to have more of our scent creations created. This would be the perfect activity for a weekend with friends, a bachelorette party, or just a cute activity with your someone special!
I was in Galena for a girlfriend weekend and got a UTI . It was late afternoon on Friday and this place got me in. The receptionist and Nurse Practitioner (Kim, I believe) were so nice and helpful! I was in and out within 15-20 minutes and was prescribed a medication. Much appreciated!
Great accommodating service! Got a couples massage over the weekend and it was a great experience. The spa is clean and relaxing and the ladies were very kind. Highly recommend!
I've been to a lot of Walmarts, probably thousands, in my lifetime. I am writing to tell you how impressed I was with your garden center. We arrived late at night to pick up a few items while on vacation and I decided to go into your garden area. I expected that it would be closed and inaccessible. I wandered around in there for about 10 minutes and was in awe of how much care was taken of these plants. It was, by far, the most well taken care of garden center I have ever seen. Plants were manicured and well watered, and arranged so beautifully. Even the ones outside on display were obviously tended to. I wanted to put a good word in for whoever is taking care of the plant center, as they are very obviously doing a much better job than any other Walmart I have ever seen.
Luke was very professional and helpful. My computer was fixed in less than 5 minutes. I will call him anytime I have an issue in the future.

Kim, is a great stylist. She will take her time to show you pictures on the internet that you would like. Best haircut I have received in Galena. I moved here 2 years ago and have tried other salons and I finally found one I will continue to go
We just completed a second project with this service for our property in the Galena Territory, IL. Both times, the work was completed thoroughly and efficiently with attention to cleanup with no trace of the nuisance trees left behind. The company has a positive relationship with the Galena Territory Environmental Services, which is most helpful, as their permission is needed to remove any tree.
I live in Chicago and called for same day delivery for my mom’s birthday. Not only did Tammy’s work with my budget but they also delivered beautiful, fresh flowers. Will definitely be purchasing from them again!
We take all of our animals to Veterinary Associates and we love them. Dr. Molly is amazing, I trust her 110% with ALL of my animals! The rest of the vets are great too!

I highly recommend this women owned business. Product quality is outstanding and exceeds expectation. Their sense of design, selection of color and creating a style that fits my taste was perfect. Quality of workmanship was professional, exceptional, highly skilled work with attention to details. Jason or Jon never cut corners. They cleaned up everyday, took any trash away from the site. No dumpsters in the yard preventing unsightly job site. Not completely finished but I will post some photos. Project included new floor, new cabinets, new stairs. See photos below
