I have had Rooterman out twice and have enjoyed (can you really enjoy it when you have to call the plumber?) the service both times. I believe both times it was Dustin. First he came for a shower that had not been used in about 15 years. He was very up front about having to remove the tile and how I would have to get someone else to replace it (and recommended someone who did a great job). Shower worked wonderfully after he left. Second time he came it was for the water heater that died a sad, albeit quick death. He confirmed it was no longer among us and when I said my family was selling the house and wanted to go as affordable as possible, he found a nice new heater... read full review
