Had a hot water heater go out and leak all over basement. Called them at 8:30 and they arrived at 10:30. Felt like they dropped everything and ran to my place. Crew was curtious and efficient, had water sucked up and drying equipment in place in 2 hours. Very helpful with insurance company, handled it all for me. Great follow up to check on progress and picked up equipment immediately when carpet was dry. Had a crew come in to repair and clean damage very quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend them. Steve Gitz really cares.

We have done business with Gitz-Meier Remodeling for over 40 years. We have been extremely pleased and excited with all the work done for us. Their entire team is very professional starting with the designs, planning and the actual work. The carpenters are top notch, master carpenters with great skill and experience. The carpenters go above and beyond what has been asked for, giving appropriate suggestions as a project develops. They built us a beautiful kitchen that had previously been a second large living room in an old farm house. We had two bathrooms completely gutted and redone. We had Restorx/Gitz Meier come to our rescue after a failed sump pump and hard rains in October flooded our finished basement.They came promptly with equipment to get us dried out and over the next 10 days finished drying, cleaning and treating for mold. They were able to save our carpet and dry walls. Their team was always professional, helpful and did a great job with all aspects of the mitigation. We were very happy with the finished results and highly recommend this company!
