Outstanding gym facilities. Largest selection of machines and free weights in the area. Friendly staff that is very knowledgeable about different exercises and routines. All kinds of classes to attend. Large heated indoor pool. This place even has a chiropractor and one of the best physical therapists in the area with offices in the building. Love this place!
The time had come to start my todler on the path of education. I searched high and low and settled upon Littles Learn & Play at Fitness Lifestyles. She loves it and now I am considering getting a gym membership there as well.
I love this gym! The staff is top notch. Always saying hello and goodbye. I am thrilled that it is in walking distance. I feel safe that it is near a police station. I am a regular and when I show up there is always machines available.
