We had such a great experience from the start. Our sales rep, Paulie went through the whole house and took his time to assess what we needed. The installation team was simply the best. Kind, informative, and patient with barking animals. I would recommend this company to anyone!!! Keep up the great work.
They were able to come out to help us the same day we called and helped us pick out a new AC unit. Our AC was out when it was very hot outside and we were so thankful they could come out. Many companies said they could be there in a week, which we couldn't wait for. We appreciate their sense of urgency. The team that did the installation were very professional and took the time to explain the benefits and how to maintain the unit. Thank you all so much!
I have a fairly complex home with four furnace and A/C units and a boiler for in-floor heating. My previous HVAC vendor did a competent installation but could not keep up with maintaining those units now 15 years old. So, I researched and reached out to Bomar, first for the boiler unit which was shutting down weekly. Joel visited in December 2023 for 1.25 hrs and four months later I've had no boiler issues.
