“My dryer was making a clunking noise as the drum turned. I thought it was a bad roller ,and called AB Appliance. They came out to my house and Andy was great! He took everything apart and let me stand right there and watch! He said the dryer looked super clean and the rollers were fine. He had one more thing to check. The felt strip that goes around the front of the drum. Sure enough! There was a little white button stuck under the felt! He removed the button and all was well! He only charged me for the service call! Thanks AB and Andy!“
