My dryer was making a clunking noise as the drum turned. I thought it was a bad roller ,and called AB Appliance. They came out to my house and Andy was great! He took everything apart and let me stand right there and watch! He said the dryer looked super clean and the rollers were fine. He had one more thing to check. The felt strip that goes around the front of the drum. Sure enough! There was a little white button stuck under the felt! He removed the button and all was well! He only charged me for the service call! Thanks AB and Andy!

Our 22-year-old refrigerator stopped cooling. After a quick phone call to AB Appliance Service, the repair was scheduled for the same day. Andy telephoned when he was on his way and upon arrival quickly diagnosed the problem. After expediently replacing the bad part with a new one he had on his truck, the refrigerator was up and running. Andy took the time to further explain the problem as well as the repair. He also vacuumed my refrigerator coils and rebalanced one of my side-by-side doors to perfect its seal.
