Elegant Refinishings just finished my kitchen! The cabinets turned out incredibly smooth!! I was worried, because they are oak, that you would see the heavy grain of the wood! You can’t!! They look like brand new cabinets! They are the easiest people to work with and do a great job taping and protecting your floors, countertops, and walls! I highly recommend them!!

My dad has been a resident for over a year. The staff is friendly and helpful. My dad loves the food especially dessert. He has a private room with cable and a landline we pay extra for. They are working on getting more activities and he likes to play Bingo.

I just had Bret hang drywall in my basement today. I called him on Monday and he responded to my phone call later that afternoon. The next morning he came to my home and gave me an estimate and began the following morning. Bret was prompt, courteous, professional, fast, affordable, and did a wonderful job. I am a brand new homeowner and we were just effected by this massive flood. Our basement flooded and knocked over our pressure tank and fried out the pressure switch. I called every plumber from Freeport to Stockton and this is the only one that has called me back. He was at my house within 30 minutes of calling me back. I thought my son would miss his last band lesson but the plumber that came was so fast and efficient that he had water problem fixed within 30 minutes and we were still able to make it to band practice. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs a plumber. Also got a quote to fix iron problem in water due to Eleroy area. I have had Rooterman out twice and have enjoyed (can you really enjoy it when you have to call the plumber?) the service both times. I believe both times it was Dustin. First he came for a shower that had not been used in about 15 years. He was very up front about having to remove the tile and how I would have to get someone else to replace it (and recommended someone who did a great job). Shower worked wonderfully after he left. Second time he came it was for the water heater that died a sad, albeit quick death. He confirmed it was no longer among us and when I said my family was selling the house and wanted to go as affordable as possible, he found a nice new heater that didn't break the bank. Both times he came out when he said he would, went over the issue with me before he started anything, and he acted professionally. He looked clean and even removed his shoes when going in and out. I would use Rooterman again and would recommend him.

My dryer was making a clunking noise as the drum turned. I thought it was a bad roller ,and called AB Appliance. They came out to my house and Andy was great! He took everything apart and let me stand right there and watch! He said the dryer looked super clean and the rollers were fine. He had one more thing to check. The felt strip that goes around the front of the drum. Sure enough! There was a little white button stuck under the felt! He removed the button and all was well! He only charged me for the service call! Thanks AB and Andy!

Had a hot water heater go out and leak all over basement. Called them at 8:30 and they arrived at 10:30. Felt like they dropped everything and ran to my place. Crew was curtious and efficient, had water sucked up and drying equipment in place in 2 hours. Very helpful with insurance company, handled it all for me. Great follow up to check on progress and picked up equipment immediately when carpet was dry. Had a crew come in to repair and clean damage very quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend them. Steve Gitz really cares.

Jeff and his crew have done a lot of work for me in the past two years.I am very pleased with their professionalism and customer courtesy. The first job they took on for me was a window replacement job that another contractor had left me hanging on. It was late in the fall so the temperature was less than ideal and they already had a pretty full schedule but they came through for me. They have been doing work for me ever since, including door replacement, deck work,window trim. And they also finished my basement witch was a huge project, you can probably see pictures of it on downings Facebook page. I'm a very pleased customer and would recommend downings to anyone for any job.

Vet you can trust! Highly recommend! All staff members have been kind, gentle, & loving to my cats & dog. They accommodated me today for an emergency visit with my cat (Saturday). I couldn’t be more pleased with the services provided and their willingness to help. Additionally, I recently received a cancer diagnosis for my sweet doggo. Dr. Chris was compassionate and patient with me as I worked through my emotions. From the good days to the bad days - 10/10 recommend!
