Very polite and thoughtful on their quotes. But stops there. Very expensive. Slow response time. Nickel and dime for everything and awful support. Fixing design issues based on their own mistakes and charging for it is a joke.
September 2023
$1200 for a simple new toilet installation (old one was already removed). I got charged two hours for labor(actually being at the site) and 4 hours(!) for “trip to Home Depot to pick up materials (two items) on the way to the job” so basically you’ll be paying 200/h for their slow commute from the suburbs if you’re located in downtown Chicago and a relaxing even slower sightseeing tour of Home Depot while picking up 2 items also at 200/h. Property located 5 minutes away from a Home Depot. I can’t even imagine how much they’d charge for any major home renovation project.
