I would give them more then a five star. This place goes over and beyond to meet your satisfaction. They are so welcoming. You could go in feeling gloomy and leave out with a smile!! Lou is very on point with the nails and advice. Nancy and the rest of her coworkers are so friendly. If you want the right service come here. They are not open on Sundays. That is the only sad part. The previous review must have been from a different Hot Nail.
