Called for service came and quoted repair. Returned. Not fixed called a second appt was charged for it! And didn’t put the washer rim back on. 6 weeks later ($450 for initial repair) same code. Broke again. I would not consider this bait and switch company as they are not even in Franklin Park.Service: Washing machine repair

I feel this company wasted my time and money. I knew the problem with my washing machine they ask you the problem they should have a general idea what is wrong if they have the full experience as expected they should. But no they can’t tell you until they come out 69.99 later to tell me the same issue as I was told prior. Then to be told they can not fix it right then they don’t have the part and was given all the information about the machine. How funny I ordered the part myself and had it next day. I have an LG refrigerator. I wasnt getting water to my water or ice dispenser. The technician diagnosed it withing4 min and said it had to be programmed. Charged me 250 for labor and took 7 min to "program" which he didnt. All he did was take a cover off and check wires with a machine that made beeping noises. Then he left and said to turn off the refrigerator for 24 hrs. When I asked how he came about the diagnosis he said he had been doing this since 1980s. I was robbed ?
