Dr. Wagner truly understands and always treats them as valued clients. He is very responsive to any emergencies I have had and follows up afterwards to make sure the horse is completely recovered. “I can not say enough wonderful things about Mokena Animal Clinic!! They are the absolute BEST.
I had been with my previous vet for over 20 years. There was an issue that left us with our sweet dog in the middle of cancer treatment and we didn’t know where to go. We saw Dr. B. at Mokena Animal Clinic and he helped our girl with no hassles even though her treatment started at another clinic. It was a blessing that we had to find another vet and went to Mokena Animal Clinic. They are so efficient, can fit you in when there is an emergency and you are not in their office for hours. All the staff are helpful and caring.“

“I took my female dog in April 2023 for vaccines as a puppy and was able to get a free microchip. Most recently, I had 5 puppies come down with parvo. I paid 100.00 to test and test all at home with nausea meds, antibiotics, and IV fluids. They told me to come back for more if I needed them without charge. My puppies didn't make it, but I ran the last one there because they said they had a shot that would make him well, it was too late when we got there so we had to put him down. They did everything they could in our emergency. They care and be sure to get your puppies vaccinated so you don't suffer the same anguish I unfortunately did. They cost 25.00 but on 2 Saturdays a month they are free. My mother dog that I had previously vaccinated as i mentioned first came down with parvo. However, i treated her with the same needs but higher dose, and I'm happy to say she's getting well. That 1st set of output vaccines will help your pet dogs live if they get it. I pray this info helps many to have a great life with their babies.“

My dog had major surgery, which was stressful for everyone, but the team at New Lenox checked up on us during and post-surgery to make sure all was well.

My dog actually loves going to the vet now! Every time I grab his travel leash he runs to the door because he wants to go see his friends at the clinic!

I wish I had gone here sooner; the small office means it’s not overly chaotic, and there are no long wait times like elsewhere locally.

“Dr. Lauren Tassone at Prairie State Veterinary Clinic is FANTASTIC! It is easy to see she LOVES animals, especially with the care and attention she gave my dog, Ruby. Dr. Tassone thoroughly checked Ruby for every issue I was concerned about and also took time to answer each and every question I had about her health issues. Ruby has been seen by each doctor at Prairie State Veterinary Clinic, Dr. Norton, Dr. Treat and Dr. Wojciechowski. Each doctor is very caring, knowledgeable, and wants the best for their patients.
