In an industry with some shady players, I can highly recommend Marv and his team at Service Tech for residential HVAC work. They have handled our needs on some aging furnace and A/C units for years and I always feel like I get a straight story. No upsells. If it doesn't need fixed, they'll tell you that. We had a furnace replaced last October, and had them put in a new Internet driven thermostat along with it. Very fair price, worked great all winter. But the A/C unit didn't kick on in the Spring. Apparently a wire was crossed during the installation. I called their service late Saturday night of Memorial day weekend. By 9 AM Sunday a tech was at my door, diagnosed it, fixed it free of charge. Many places would have had some explanation about how the A/C now needs replaced or blamed us for something in the intervening 6 months. Most would have at least charged them for the trip and time. Service Tech just got us up and running and were on their way. Great guys.

Throughout the past ten years, the air conditioning unit in my warehouse has broken down countless times. I have dealt with several different contractors and it seems like they always charge an arm and a leg.

However, after a friend recommended Service Tech Heating and Cooling, I have finally found someone I will continue to use. Marvin Weaver, the owner, has found the perfect mix of professionalism, service, and an overall wonderful attitude towards myself and my business.

He was prompt and diligent throughout the whole process. He came out the same day I called and had my unit back up and running in no time.

Service Tech is a great company to do business with. The technician that came to my house (Paul) got the job done quick and efficiently. Definitely would recommend this company to others!
