With no support from Intuit, Steve (and the RWK team) was able to come up with a solution to the problem! Steve checked in with me every day and every step of the way and kept me updated as to what the team was doing to solve the problem. His tenacity and unparalleled communication were much appreciated. You really could not ask for more as far as the customer support and attention to detail that we received! KUDOS to RWK and especially to Steve! 10/10
