Mostly I had good experience but I did tell everyone not to buy me gift certificates from here. They are not accommodating at all. The take your money but then you loose it if you go past the expiration date. What difference does it make to them. They have your money!
I came in today to Royal Salt Cave for my monthly massage with Paulina. I was in pain and my muscles were very tight. I had a 90 minute massage and Paulina made feel so great!! My body wasn’t so tight as I was when I walked in. As far as I’m concerned, Paulina is the best!! In fact the whole staff are great, DJ, Ronnie are very inviting, polite and professional. They offer various relaxation techniques, salt cave, facials, massages. If I were you, I’d book a modality.
I was given a gift card for a massage & even though it was for only 30 mins it was great and i will definitely be back and will be recommending others. From the moment i walked through the door i was in love. The receptionist was pleasant the establishment was clean and smelled wonderful the decor was so beautiful and the massage therapist ( Kathy) did a wonderful job
