This place has NO loyalty to their clients even if they spend top dollar with them and has adopted VERY poor business practices. My elderly neighbor passed away last month. We were very tight for 30 years...she was like a mother. In fact, I was left in charge of her end of life decisions and was even (surprisingly) bequeathed her home in her will. She hired Reliant about 15 years ago to install her furnace which was thousands of dollars...top of the line at that time. She also got two of her other neighbor friends, not me, to hire them for THEIR HVAC needs...they have also since passed on. Reliant is fantastic and I highly recommend! I purchased a new AC unit and had duct work completed all by a very knowledge, extremely experienced and professional technician. I am beyond satisfied with the unit and cost of everything. I will be a permanent Reliant customer!Services: HVAC duct & vent installation
