The Porterhouse team was fast, efficient and budget friendly. Our tech Jamarr was friendly and quickly identified the issues. We ended up replacing our furnace and AC unit for a reasonable price within 2 days of the initial visit.
Called Porterhouse and Technician Jamarr came out for estimate on new air conditioner. He was very customer friendly and very knowledgeable about product and compatibility for my home and usage. Thank you Porterhouse and highly recommend them.
Porterhouse installed my Air-conditioning unit 2 years ago. I unfortunately had a landscaping company cut my main copper wire so Porterhouse came out again. I must say I had an excellent customer service experience from the owner, Lamarr and Jerry. It was a very very hot day and I was taken care of immediately. Lamarr was my initial in person contact and he took care of me and cleaned my unit. Customer service is top notch. Jerry came and completed the job.
