When I first walked in the receptionist was so polite!! They had very low music playing , I felt calm and comfortable!!! I was taken back to an exam room spoke with a medical assistant and she started asking me questions. I then was told to wait and the doctor would be in soon. She came in about 10 min later and she was very nice asked me what concerns did I have? we went over my concerns she provided me with medications and over the counter medications to get. Dr Beck was understanding and ready to help get my needs met. I never been to a dermatologist so I’m happy I came to see her for my first experience. My husband and I have been going to Pinnacle Dermatology for two years now and we love Dr. Beck! The office staff is always friendly and we are seen promptly. Dr. Beck is always efficient and kind. Highly recommend!
Been going to Pinnacle Dermatology for some time. Laurel, the NP, has been great at quarterly checks after finding some initial questionable Nevii. Staff have always been professional and specialists accomplished.
