Training and learning under Guro Dave has been a truly fantastic experience. He is very considerate of individual skill level and will make sure anyone, even absolute beginners, feel welcome. I’ve been training here for about eight months and have learned a ton about self defense, situational awareness and even my own personal development. Overall a great place to train!

I absolutely love what Guro David does to help us learn the art of Muay Thai kickboxing in every class. He wants to make sure students, even women, get to learn to defend themselves if needed but also take pride in being fit and healthy. My only disappointment is that I didn’t find the place sooner as I find this to be a huge hobby of mine and I’ve only been a student for one month but can tell I will be doing this for a while. I love to learn and grow in this art form and hope other women see that they can be just as strong. No intimidation felt and my fellow classmates help me learn as well. Great institution!!! It is becoming a family!!!

I joined this school recently and am very happy with my decision to do so. Guro David is very knowledgeable and instructive. Everyone that trains here is helpful and friendly. There is a lot to learn and I look forward to every class I attend each week. The school has a wide range of experience levels and is very welcoming to new people. I will be here for a long time!
