This was my 2nd time using Cornerstone for taxes and after many years doing them on my own, I wish I would’ve made the decision to have them done professionally. Jennifer and her team are amazing to work with and you don’t find customer service like this lately. If you have a question, Jennifer will answer it. I will continue to return every year; as long as she will stay open!!!

I used Cornerstone for two years. In 2020, during the Covid confusion, there was a mix up in paperwork and in 2021 the IRS sent me a letter saying I owned back taxes. Jennifer handled it perfectly. She took responsibility for paperwork shuffle and sent me a check for all the late tax penalty fees. It was a class act, especially since the fees were significantly more than her charges for doing the tax return.
