“This was my second time using services (unfortunately) and I can’t stop saying how much of a blessing Jeanne is. This time around my 6 year old son who is autistic was infected. After assessing what would freak him out the least and acknowledging he wouldn’t sit through a treatment, Jeanne offered to just shave his head. My son has sensory issues and doesn’t do well with anyone touching him and although he did cry and freak out the whole time, she handled him with such patience and care after she was done he was literally jumping for joy.
