I have been a customer for 15 yrs. and am very happy with the services we have always received from them. It starts with Megan answering the phone to when Paul comes to our home to service the furance. We recently needed to have a hot water heater installed & Brian & his guys did a great job with taking the old heater out & installing the new one along with cleaning up & we felt the price to be very competitive along with getting a great water heater. Climate Control Systems was incredibly fast, efficient, and professional. When the technician (whose name escapes me) was on his way, I received a phone call from the office and also an email letting us know. The technician diagnosed and remedied the problem within 5 minutes of his arrival. I would highly recommend Climate Control Systems to anyone that needs any type of HVAC work!
