“I developed shoulder pain that was unprovoked. My Dr prescribed me steroids and said try therapy. If that doesn't work, get an MRI. I was desperate because the pain was constant. Nothing I did relieved it. I could not sleep or move. It was scary. I also considered a pain specialist. I called my regular chiropractor, but they could not fit me in immediately. I remembered that Hart Wellness sponsored a 5k I ran in September so I gave them a shot.
