I have been working with Bill Epp and his company for 10+ years. Bill is very knowledgeable and experienced and I wouldn't trust anyone else to handle our HVAC system. Bill and Bobby have fixed and maintained the furnace, installed all new air conditioning and a new hot water tank. I trust them to do such great work they just recently installed a whole home water filtration system and reverse osmosis, which has been a game changer. Truly one of the best companies we have worked with!

They made sure the heater was cleaned and very careful that no scratches appeared on the heater. They explained the process fully and were very careful that surrounding area was not damaged in the process. They are very trustworthy and I would use them again when necessary. I was told by my neighbor that Epp's did a great job at her house, so I called them, I was skeptical at first, but man was I wrong they did a wonderful job and the AC unit works so efficiently it's amazing. And it's all Bill's thoughtfull set up of the unit and he really knows what he's doing, he really takes care of the customer.Service: Installation
