The owner quoted $200 for fixing the front door frame and spring (the metal machanism on the storm door that holds it open). He fixed the wood but said the old spring was installed wrong and could not be reattached to work. Instead of going to a hardware store (which is a 2 minute car ride away), bought a new mechanism, installed it, he took the $200 and left. The job was incomplete. Once called on it, he was rude and said with gas and an “Ok” from the house owner, he did what he could and took the $200.
