I called Trimaine during a severe snowstorm and not a lot of heads up. I appreciate that he was flexible and offered options based on the winter season drawing to a close. The team showed up and did an exceptional job given the short notice.
Trimaine did a fantastic job plowing and salting my company's parking lot. They came out within an hour on a heavy snow day when every other company I called was too busy or didn't even answer the phone. They were also super helpful over the phone.
Paid for one time snow removal services. They never showed up and it was very difficult (I called a dozen times and they picked up once) to get ahold of anyone to figure what was going on. Update: Refund provided Update 2: Came out a couple days later since the area was still a problem. Offered service for 50% which was appreciated.
