Screen went completely black! Took my laptop here and they allowed me to price compare at another location. They gave me an amazing deal and fixed my laptop quicker than anticipated!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS FOR ALL TECH REPAIRS! Great customer service as well!! Jay was absolutely amazing!

Fixed quickly and professional service. Just wish I knew ahead of time if I let them order the part (battery replacement), it would have been warrantied. I brought in the part. When I called the week before to inquire, no one told me that. Also, I thought the charge was a bit on the steep side.
