Nicole did my first wax in a long time and was kind, efficient, and accommodating. I'm not an ideal client because I haven't kept up on maintenance (and was also running late to my first appt!). I've had plenty of very painful and even bruising experiences that put me off waxing for too long. Now I'm thankful that I tried this business and can attest it's a clean & accessible location with an experienced service provider. I left my appointment encouraged to become more regular and I appreciated that she didn't pressure or rush me (due to my error on navigating and being on time) and it was fairly low pain and quick.

I got my first brazilian and underarm wax from Nicole and she was awesome!! She made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process and also made sure I was aware of what she was doing and why! She also gave lots of aftercare tips too. I'll definitely be booking with her again :)!
