Had to call for an emergency. They came out and treated the horse. Next day on a Saturday the vet called and asked how the horse was doing. Called again on Sunday for an update then texted a few days later.
Dr. French and his team were thorough, provided clear communication, and answered all of our questions. They were able to diagnose our horse's unusual injury thanks to their expertise. I highly recommend this practice.
I needed emergency veterinary service on a Friday night for my mule. 2 Veterinarians from Midwest Equine at Illinois immediatly came to the rescue. They quickly diagnosed the problem & administered the appropriate protocol. They took their time explaining the answers to all of my questions. Also, I received 2 phone calls per day for over 1 week from each of the 2 Veterinarians. They were both checking to see how my mule was doing that day. I'm seriously impressed. Today, my mule has made a 100% recovery.?????
