Sears Heating and Air Conditioning

We have had a Sears Master Protection agreement for years lately the service is going down. I got a sears Master Protection agreement. My furnace has been down since October 2023. We have been calling ever week. we were calling almost every day. We were authorized a replacement furnace and then they declined it because of a minor issue we weren't told about it..So again sears decided to send out another technician to check the furnace on 1-20-24 he was scheduled to come today 7-11am this morning but never showed up. I got a furnace that been down since 10-2023. I got Master Protection Agreement with sears and can't get the furnace replaced. I had an appointment on 1-20-2024 the technician didn't show up. The appointment was supposed to be 7-11am in the morning. Every couple of hours the time kept changing ending up being a no show. You have to sit home all day and no one shows up. I don't know if Sears knows or cares it's the winter time and it is freezing. This doesn't make any sense I have been calling since October 2023 about this issue. Absolutely worthless. A/C went out. Waited two weeks for them to come. I sat at home all day through there “7 am to 5:21 pm” window and then they canceled on me and rebooked it for 2 weeks later. Completely useless. Just don’t waste your time. There’s no one to call there’s no phone number. Just keep it local.Service: HVAC system repair
