Excellent, quick, courteous, thorough service. The horrible mess they walked into after the flood, at such a stressful time, was dealt with so quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend them.
Kris and her team are top notch experts in all things restoration. We had a fire at our house last year and they helped make the unbearable event bearable with their kindness and compassion. Her team is caring and meticulous. Their attention to detail and high quality work is phenomenal. We are forever grateful for Kris and her team.
I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with water damage to my hardwood floors. Thankfully, Rainbow came out and assessed the damage and immediately got busy. From the moment they assessed the damage their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to quality were evident. I made several call in regard to some questions I had, their response to my questions were immediate. No waiting, someone will get back with you. None of that happened.
