Former student here. The education is alright. You get what you pay for.My biggest concern was the lack of cleanliness, product (both styling and shampoos), and an overly casual environment. For example, the stations (especially the drawers) are so gross! They have hair, dirty brushes, and dust all over them. I don't even know when the last time they were cleaned was! Nobody knew what products we had in stock which became problematic especially when doing clients. The color and styling products were cheap and sometimes expired. Stop overpaying for your silk presses ladies! This place is the place to go if you're anywhere in the STL area. It's a hidden gem in that you have to look for it but once you find it, you'll repeatedly come back. Ask for Van and tell him I sent you. Quality products with quality workers. Even though they are students, they often do the best job and it won't hurt your pockets.
