Called a local repairman to look at our faulty refrigerator. He didn't feel he could help. Called Mr. Appliance and they were out the next day to take a look. Noah was very helpful. Explained the situation and ordered the parts. Two days later parts were in and Noah had us fixed up. Very courteous and professional. Would highly recommend them.
Technician was on time and very friendly and knowledgeable.Went out of his way to help empty and move deep freeze.Will definitely use them again if needed.Excellent customer service.
Excellent, fast service and response time. I was able to be seen within hours of calling them for my Maytag washer. The technician, Devan, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He even wore shoe covers before entering our home. My washer was up and running in less than 30 minutes. I would definitely use them again.
