My daughters key wasn't working to get into a used car we had just bought her. We called a couple of other companies. They were rude and wouldn't give us a price over the phone. Metro Lock and Security was extremely polite and professional. They immediately quoted me a price up front and they were there within 15-20 min.
They took great care of me and made keys for me that I thought were going to be impossible. Other estimates we got were twice the price or more. This is the 3rd time I’ve used them and I’m not disappointed. They even repaired a key I didn’t know needed repairing. Attentive local family business!
I have been a few times for re-keys, new locks, etc. Never had a service issue or more a couple minutes wait time. Even learned a few things about locks because they were willing to talk with me.
