They are the absolute worse you can't get anyone on the phone they say they're open the phone number goes to to a fax line or some other device that you know sounds like a fax line. Can't make an appointment if you can't get through.

The ladies at this location are very helpful and exceeded my expectations for customer service. The eye doctor made me feel at ease by explaining everything and very knowledgeable.
