We made an appointment to have Joe Courtney from Jacob come out to give us ideas for improving safety in our master bathroom. Once he arrived and saw that we have a new home (8 years) and didn't really need a "remodel", he could have just politely left without offering help with our needs. He did NOT just leave! We basically were looking for someone to install several grab/assist bars, but we have expensive ceramic tile walls and didn't want an amateur messing up the tile. From start to finish our experience with Jacob's was fantastic for our shower renovation.
The rep who came in with samples/options was knowledgeable and listened to our wants as well. He also walked us thru thr bid, pricing, options, alterations, etc.. all while explaining and detailing anything we asked about.
Andy was our contractor doing the work, and was incredible. He came in from start to finish (little over 1 day of work). Andy was friendly and positive, as well as extremely knowledgeable and helpful with any extra questions I had throughout the overhaul of our shower. CMI Construction is a Custom Home Builder located in Columbia, IL. We have been using Jacob over 15 years. They provide material and labor to install all of the screened in porches on our custom homes. They do a quality job at a fair price.
