“Do not use mail order unless you use the Collinsville store. When I called the Collinsville facility about the following incident, they bent over backwards to help me get the right mask immediately.I ordered a mask and headgear requesting size extra small. I waited ten days and called again at which time I was assured that they would be processing the order soon and that I would be getting the extra small. Seven days later, I recieved the wrong size and they would not replace it until they received the equiptment they sent. I was informed that I would have to wait until they could get me a return authorization, that could take up to 72 hours, and that the correct mask would not be shipped until they receive the wrong one.I called the Collinsville facility and they bent over backwards to help me get the right mask immediately.“
