“We don't leave reviews often but Patrick and his team SO well deserve a great review. They beautifully revived 100 year old floors that had been buried under layers of flooring in a historic building in downtown St. Louis. The project included sourcing lots of historic (hard to find) wood to match, lots of high-quality repairs cutting out damaged wood and replacing other materials. They sanded and sealed up the floors which turned out great. They communicated well, were on time and on budget. The final product was MUCH better than we expected and these historic floors will be a centerpiece of historic residential life for another 50 years due to Patrick's meticulous care and attention to detail. Would recommend him enthusiastically and will definitely use him again. Hope the before/after pictures help but they do not do the work justice. Bravo, Patrick. You did such a great job.“

“We just had the team out to refinish our 70 year old hardwood floors. I had no idea what to expect when they would be finished after years of carpet and life being lived on them. “Midwest came in after I first hired a terrible company out of East Alton that completely ruined my life for two months. They did a very terrible job and even forgot to turn my furnace off and sucked up my entire house full of dust. Midwest came in to do a cleanup job on the work they did, and told me all the things that he would’ve done differently, including they use a better quality of seal and base coat, and after he fixed the poorly job done by the other company, I am happy as ever with my floor!
