“We made an appointment to have Joe Courtney from Jacob come out to give us ideas for improving safety in our master bathroom. Once he arrived and saw that we have a new home (8 years) and didn't really need a "remodel", he could have just politely left without offering help with our needs. He did NOT just leave! We basically were looking for someone to install several grab/assist bars, but we have expensive ceramic tile walls and didn't want an amateur messing up the tile. He helped us in deciding what we needed, and made phone calls until he also could provide the name of someone who could help us with the installation. Jacob got NO MONEY from the trip to our house today, but as far as we are concerned what they gave us was priceless! It speaks to the company's integrity and character. Joe Courtney cared enough to help us in any way he could. We are in our 80s and will never forget his assistance. We will use Jacob if we have another need, and will recommend them to our friends and neighbors. Joe Courtney is an outstanding employee and team member!“

“Home Plus Construction did a bathroom remodel for me (finished yesterday) and I can't expressed how pleased I was with the entire process!. I can say I was OVERWHELMED with everything. Shawn kept in contact with me throughout,, informing me of timelines, asking questions to be sure he did exactly what I wanted. He and his men always showed up when they said they would. The workmanship was wonderful. It only took 2 weeks from start to finish - and this was a complete tear-out and adding in a huge linen closet in place of my old garden tub. They found an outdoor clean out access that other service companies had never found in the 8 years I’ve lived in my home and they repaired it on the same visit! Very respectful and kind and definitely did a great job to get things running again at the most reasonable cost. Would recommend 10 out of 10 and would always use again!“

“The business side is lacking due to unanswered calls etc. But the installers are kick-butt guys. When your fence is done, it looks great. Would help if they had office staff to answer questions more timely. I was not sure when my work would be done. Even the day scheduled had issues with workers arriving quite late due to prior customer demands. I was not notified of what was happening. If they polished the business side... they'd be hard to beat. My patio is literally 8 ft over from my neighbor. He & I both agreed it needed addressed.
