I left a 1-star review in June of 2016 after a very frustrating incident with one of the accountants here. The owner Bonnie just called me to apologize. She told me that Individual no longer works there and she apologized repeatedly for not learning of my issues until now. It’s very clear how professional Bonnie is and how much pride she takes in her practice. If I could figure out how to edit my previous comment to clarify that it wasn’t Bonnie that I initially dealt with, I would. I think this accounting firm just regained my business and I very much respect Bonnie for taking the initiative to address my previous concerns.
