I called today to speak to someone in customer service regarding my missing order from last week October 13th. This is the store where my order was supposed to be packed at and because customer service online was giving me the same song and dance act, I decided to call them to see if they could help. The employee that answered the line was Maria and at first she just had a normal tone. When she told me that she couldn't do anything and tried to race off the phone, I simply asked " Well why does it prompt you to pick customer service online then? Her tone grew extremely harsh and she ended every sentence with a harsh answer. Now, somebody has stolen my money and Walmart is trying to keep it, because whoever package it obviously stole the groceries. It's been a rollercoaster ride and Maria made it worst. I will never affiliate myself with Walmart after this experience. 8 days later and still no refund. I am truly disappointed.
Absolutely the very worst customer service. Extremely rude and not helpful. They make several mistakes checking you out, do not apologize, and get nad for you wanting them corrected!
It's sad when you have to give a negative review of a business. This morning I went to Walmart Evergreen Park, to get a few items. Milk, juice, water, etc. I spent $16 on food items and another $13 for personal items. ALL the items were bagged. Again it's 6:30 am and this lady at the door ask for my receipts and looks through my things. Again, it's 6:30am and did I say my items were bagged????? I'm fully dressed, hair done, jewelry on and this woman who's name tag is turned backwards asks me to see my receipts!! Is it that bad in retail??? Maybe it's because I haven't had my coffee yet but to be that petty while there are people walking out those stores with tv's, you bother me??? Well guess what last time I'll darken that door. My CASH money will purchase groceries anywhere but there. Have a great day walmart evergreen park. I'm over and done with you.
