I went back for a minor touch up two weeks later, and they didn't charge me for the extra units. I would definitely recommend this business!“

He gave his honest opinion and told me no because it will severely damage and does not recommend it. I understood and will wait till my hair grows out more to remove the damage. I appreciate his honesty other stylist wouldn't do that. I still got a trim and was charged decent and because I appreciated his honesty and niceness I gave more for tip. “So far, so good. Four treatments down, ONE left & basically my chin hair all but gone. I had fair amount of stubborn hair & much of it ingrown due to prior treatments elsewhere (and plenty of electrolysis) Yeah, I expect I might have few finer hairs left later on but honestly, I've been to FAR more expensive laser hair removals (mostly in Oak Brook for 3 times the cost) with NO lasting results. Sometimes NO results at all. Yeah...and THAT no result was Oak Brook. Ridiculous! I was suspecting maybe they failed to TURN on machine. In that instance, had no choice but to complain with total lack of evidence ANYTHING was being done on last visit so they turned it HIGH, thus, burned my skin.... also with NO results. Other than burn of course~!~ This is SUCH an amazing surprise given it was a groupon but they've obviously skilled technicians & one KILLER top of the line laser machine.As believe me, the machine they use is VERY important. As is the hands you're in (technician) I'm very pleased. Kinda over the moon!! I HATE chin hair, no lady should deal with such! They are absolutely worth trying yourself. I should add, I'm pretty stubborn (and do not like to tweeze, though I do when NOT lasering! ...still---want it permanently GONE) so I've now done laser On JUST this ONE area like 5 times in the past (nearly!) 20 years & what I can report is THIS laser spa appears to compete with my only ONE other HUGE success --and I mean HUGE---which so happened to be my first time (now closed but in Merrillville) in which I had the most hair to treat & virtually ALL was gone for about 6 to maybe 8 years! Plus it was entirely painless (just like a snap of rubber-band) and poof.....every single hair, ALL of it, fell right out over course of next few days when washing face (thy were burnt out) . I am VERY much hoping THIS one is my last hurrah---and won't that be exciting!!“
