I got my feet and hands a no chip, but she went too deep and caused my big toe to bleed. After I left I noticed she polished my toes with the no chip and the it’s already starting to chip off. They get 2 stars because hospitality.
Very disappointing. Went here on my birthday from a recommendation from a friend. I request a no chip manicure and pedicure. The pedicure was fabulous!!! The no chip manicure has already chipped before a full week of having them done. I spent $65 for no chip that didn't even last a week. My regular spot downtown Chicago shut down after COVID. I've been having the hardest time finding a nail shop that does quality work. I don't have time to keep going back and forth for chipped nails to be fixed. My old place, I could go, 3 weeks to a month without any chips or issues. So disappointed.
They do a wonderful job and are very skilled at what they do. It's a very nice place and am always confident my nails will look beautiful. I'm actually pretty shocked by the bad reviews. I have had nothing but good experiences so it was shocking to see that.
