“Dr. Ye is very gifted in his technique. I'm so happy with my result. Amazing already! Susan, his office assistant, was helpful, warm & efficient! After the procedure she checked in with me by text several times. I was afraid to only have a bleph under local injection but they chatted with me to distract me, he prescribed me just a small dose relaxer prior and I listened to music & it was fine!! Ice & regular Tylenol did the trick after! Not seeing my own lashes blocking my vision while I drive is awesome!“
“I was a little disappointed that for my first visit I was not seen by a dermatologist. The PA was very nice and she seem to know her business. However, I come from a generation were a PA should be used for returning clients with minor issue. When I was there in Jan 2020, I was told I had severe sun damage. The other day I was told, “it’s not so bad.”“
“quick and hopefully accurate evaluation for rash .Only the next few days will tell. So far the medications only slightly helped . Rash all over and itchy even itch cream in prescription doesnt help much“

He went above & beyond in visit.This would be a 5 star rating except scheduling the appointment was unnecessarily very difficult & required multiple calls & even a stop in the office to attempt to schedule. We would have missed out on the great treatment received due to frustration if he weren’t the closest in network doctor.“
