This is a great place to take a once a week self defense class. Being almost a senior citizen, I was wary of what would happen. I've learned a lot of good basic moves in just two months. Mike the head instructor and others are great trainers and very patient with new people.

I highly recommend this dojo. The staff are experts that takes their time in helping you learn. Plenty of times I have trained to learn my techniques and a sensei would help me fix my technique or answer my questions. My classmate I trained were all instrumental in helping me earn my yellowbelt. There is a real sense of camaraderie there in every class. Everything I learned so far builds my confidence and makes me eager to learn. You will not find a better place to learn.
